Position Overview

We are seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support in-house cosmetic clinical studies. This is a hands-on, on-site, temp-to-hire role, with the intent to convert to a long-term position based on performance and study volume. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of experience in a clinical, cosmetic, dermatology, or research environment. This is not a spa or treatment-only position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform protocol-required skin assessments, treatments, and product applications

  • Support clinical study visits, including baseline and follow-up assessments

  • Assist with instrumental testing support (e.g., TEWL, Cutometer, imaging)

  • interact professionally with study participants and ensure subject comfort

  • Support subject screening, enrollment, scheduling, and follow-up

  • Maintain accurate study documentation and visit records

  • Ensure protocol compliance and data accuracy

  • Assist with sample handling, labeling, and accountability

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health sciences, or related field (preferred)

  • 1-3 years of experience in clinical research, cosmetic testing, dermatology studies, or related clinical environment

  • Licensed esthetician background is a plus, but not required

  • Interest in cosmetic research, clinical testing, or dermatology studies

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Comfortable working directly with study participants

  • Ability to manage multiple timelines in a small lab environment

  • Familiarity with GCP principles is a plus
